Ingredients
Haggis [Lamb Lungs, Beef Fat, Oats, Stock (Lamb, Beef), Rehydrated Onion, Salt, Pepper, Spices]

Cooking instructions
Haggis requires heating until piping hot, ensure fully defrosted if still frozen.
Oven heating – Remove printed packaging. Wrap the haggis in foil, place in an oven-proof dish with about 2cm of water and heat at 180ºC (gas mark 4) for 75 minutes. Remove casing and clips before serving.
Microwave heating – 9min (800W Category E) Remove printed packaging, casing and clips. Cut into pieces and place in a microwave dish, once during cooking and once before serving.
Please be advised that there is variation for each oven/microwave, additional cooking time may be required in some cases.
