Mrs Forman’s Cheesecake

Think of the best baked cheesecake you’ve ever tasted and double it. Mrs Forman won’t reveal her recipe but we’ve seen her shopping list and it includes curd cheese, ginger biscuits, vanilla pods and sour cream.

Truly scrumptious on its own or served as shown with our homemade Cherries in Brandy.
